Co-Founder

With over 18 years of experience working with small and medium businesses, I've built a career at the intersection of IT, operations, customer experience, and brand strategy. As Head of IT for Cubes.Co Group, I've played a pivotal role in transforming the business from concept into a thriving national, multi-location company. My expertise spans project management, technology integration, operational efficiency, and brand experience - always with a focus on aligning business strategy with real-world results.

I believe the key to growth lies in understanding both the big picture and the day-to-day details, and I works alongside clients as a trusted partner to deliver practical, sustainable solutions.

When I'm not overseeing IT strategy or guiding complex projects, you’ll find me exploring Melbourne’s food and wine scene or reading epic fantasy novels.

Hector Arteaga

Co-Founder

I'm a consultant and project manager with over 8 years of experience, and have a passion for helping organisations turn good ideas into real impact.

I've worked across government, not-for-profits, and the private sector, including experience as a consultant at KPMG. Over the years, I've delivered complex projects in areas such as aged care reform, family violence, emergency management, and public health. I have a strong background spanning strategy, implementation, and stakeholder engagement. I bring a thoughtful, people-first approach to every project.

I believe that the key to success is to listen closely, stay flexible, and work alongside clients as a trusted partner.

I hold a Master of International Development, Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Finance, International Relations, and formal qualifications in project and program management. When I'm not deep in a project plan or mapping out a better process, you'll find me running along the Yarra River or exploring another part of Melbourne.

Experience

  • Supported the implementation of aged care reforms through business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery at a leading not-for-profit provider – Care Connect Limited.
  • Led local implementation of Victoria’s Specialist Family Violence Courts at the Magistrates' Court of Victoria, including stakeholder engagement with Magistrates, community services, and operational staff.
  • Supported a major transformation program at Scope Australia, focused on streamlining business processes across multiple entities.
  • Designed and managed project governance, reporting, and communications for large-scale reforms in disability inclusion during his time at the Victorian Department of Education.
